The NorthStar 5500 watt gasoline generator model 165911 is powered by 9 HP Honda GX Engine. It has a recoil starting method and provides surged power output at 5500 watts and rated power output at 4500 watts at noise level of 73 dB. The generator has fuel capacity of 6.5 gallons with a runtime 13.4 hours at 1/2 load. Other features include a low oil shut down mode, cast iron sleeve, 100% copper windings and conveniently located control panel. The control panel on the generator include two 20 Amp 120V receptacles, and one 20 Amp 120V/240V locking plug receptacle and push button circuit breakers.
